Urgent and routine appointments

To request an urgent on the day appointment (Monday to Friday)

All requests for appointments submitted between the triage opening times Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm will be reviewed by our triaging team. Patients will be offered an appointment within the right time frame, the right Clinician and via the right method (face to face, telephone, online).

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you. If we assess your request as requiring an on the day appointment, we will contact you by telephone to book this appointment. Please note if you submit a urgent request, please be available to attend the practice if needed.

Our practice phone lines will remain open for anyone with accessibility needs who might find it difficult to complete these links and a member of our patient support team will help complete it with you.
