We run all our surgeries by appointment only and a face to face or telephone consultation will be offered.
- You can book an on the day appointment by phoning the surgery on 0161 973 3485.
- You can request a pre-bookable appointment and admin query online and the NHS App. Please speak to one of our receptionists if you require any assistance.
We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice. If they are not available, we may ask you to see another doctor.
- You can complete an online form for non-Urgent pre-bookable appointments and admin queries.
Once you submit a form online, the surgery will then triage your request. You should see a response within two working days, although we take pride in being able to contact you on the same day where possible.

Routine Appointments
If you would like to book an appointment in advance we offer pre-bookable appointments, which can be booked up to six weeks in advance.
Same Day / Urgent Appointments
If you would like to see a GP on the day you should contact the practice from 8:00am.
A member of the reception team will ask you if it is possible to say what the problem is to enable them to care navigate you to the appropriate person as a GP is not always the correct person to see.
Home Visits
If you are too unwell to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10.00am. Home visits take up more of a doctor’s time, so if you are mobile, please come into the surgery to be seen.
Chaperones
We understand that you may wish for a chaperone to be present during your consultation.
Please ask one of the receptionists prior to your appointment. Our clinicians also have the right, in some circumstances to insist on a chaperone to be present.
Changing an Appointment or Cancelling
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
