From Monday 13th October 2025 we are asking everyone to contact us using a quick and simple online form called Accurx to help us manage ALL routine and urgent appointment requests and to assist you with medical and administrative queries
All requests for appointments submitted between the triage opening times of 8am to 6.30pm (Monday – Friday) will be reviewed by our triaging team. Patients will be offered an appointment within the right time frame, the right Clinician and via the right method (face to face, telephone, online).
If we assess your request as requiring an on the day appointment, we will contact you by telephone to book this appointment. Please note if you submit a urgent request, please be available to attend the practice if needed.
