Minor Illness Service
Sister Louise O'Mahoney is now qualified to see patients for minor illnessess such as:
ENT - sore throat, earache,
Coughs,colds, chests infection, flu symptoms
Skin conditions - rashes, eczema, chickenpox and shingles
Diarrhoea and Vomiting
Gynae problems eg thrush
She is unable to see children under 1 year and pregnant ladies
When you phone the surgery to book an appointment our reception team will ask if you mind giving some indication as to the nature of your problem. This is to allow them to direct you to the most appropriate clinician.
NAMED GP FOR ALL REGISTERED PATIENTS
It is a national requirement that all registered patients are allocated a named GP who is responsible for the overall care they receive from the practice.
All patients have been allocated a named GP and if you would like to know which doctor this is please as a member of our reception team.
If you have a preference as to which doctor this is, we will make every reasonable effort to accomodate your request
