It is a national requirement that all registered patients are allocated a named GP who is responsible for the overall care they receive from the practice.

All patients have been allocated a named GP and if you would like to know which doctor this is please as a member of our reception team.

If you have a preference as to which doctor this is, we will make every reasonable effort to accomodate your request

We would be grateful if you could take time to complete this short survey about your recent contact with the practice.  Please click on the link on the right hand side of this page under "Have your Say".  Thankyou.
